The cleanliness was immaculate, from the spotless room to the sparkling shower tray. The hotel facilities were also excellent, with a convenient location near Terminal 5 and bus transportation readily available. Parking was ample, although it's advisable to arrive early to secure a spot. the hotel's location made it easy to turn into and out of the car park, regardless of the direction we were coming from. The breakfast offered a satisfying selection, including fresh scramble eggs, juices, and good coffee. The staff were polite and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised when they immediately fetched up new bedding after my child spilled a drink on the bed.
